Ana Pension offers you an apartment with two double rooms with matrimonial beds, one bathroom with bathtub and hot water all time, one living room (7x5m), and a terrace.
We also offer you a cottage with two rooms (one room with 3 single beds and one room with 2 single beds), one bathroom and a large rustic terrace for relaxation, central heating, TV with 50 channels in each room, access to the pension’s kitchen.
In the backyard there are enough parking spaces for all guests, a space for children to play, barbecue, bread oven and places for relaxation.
For those that want to practice winter sports, there are 7 ski slopes with 4 ski lift installations, or they can take a trip with the “lenker”, a traditional sled from the area.
We also offer you a cottage with two rooms (one room with 3 single beds and one room with 2 single beds), one bathroom and a large rustic terrace for relaxation, central heating, TV with 50 channels in each room, access to the pension’s kitchen.

The meals are served on request at a price of 80 Lei / day / person (Breakfast - 15 lei, Lunch - 35 Lei, Dinner - 25 Lei). The prices are not valid during the holidays.
My offer for those that want 3 meals per day consists of:
Breakfast: 3 types of cheese (telemea, topita, de burduf), 3 types of jam (bitter cherries, mountain blueberry, briar), butter, traditional products, eggs, meat specialties (salami types, crenvusti, etc), tea, milk, cafe.
Lunch: different types of borscht (chicken, beef, pork), soups (with noodles or wheat dumplings), roasts with garnish and pickles. Different types of cakes for desert, and, on the house, “horinca” from Maramures (a type of ‘tuica’, a Romanian traditional alcoholic beverage) or liqueur made from mountain blueberries or raspberry.
Dinner: Roasts with garnish and pickles. Different types of cakes for desert, and, on the house, “horinca” from Maramures (a type of ‘tuica’, a Romanian traditional alcoholic beverage) or liqueur made from mountain blueberries or raspberry.
All this, diversified for each meal and for each day, using a wide range of traditional and modern products (poultry, beef, pork, etc) from our own production or from nearby farms (excepting salami).
Foods prepared at the pension, for example: wild game with forest cranberries sauce, potatoes filled with forest mushrooms and ‘de burduf’ cheese, polenta with sausage and bacon, sarmale, home made sweet bread cake and bread.

Ana Pension is located in Cavnic city, at the base of Gutai Mountains, on the Baia Mare – Cavnic - Sighetul Marmatiei route. Only 10 km from the wooden churches from Surdesti si Plopis and 20 km from the Birsana monastery (50 meters from the main road).
